Associated Fastening Products, Inc. provides standard and special washers, with applications in the OEM, automotive, and transportation industries. We produce and distribute a number of washer types including flat, cupped, shoulder, fender, dock, wave, odd shapes, gaskets and seals, bushings and standoffs, electrical insulators, and custom USS among many others. Available shims include military washers, Belleville washers, and push on. Our on-site, state of the art equipment features press ratings from 5 to 75 tons, press speeds from 50 to 450 cycles/minute, a maximum feed rate of 12 in/sec, and maximum press stroke of 9". Washers are available in a range of material options, including ferrous, non-ferrous, high temperature alloys, aluminum, brass, beryllium copper, titanium, and grades # 5 and 8, along with non-metallic materials including fiberglass, PTFE, PVC, mica, PEEK, rubber, and vinyl among many others. Our experienced production achieves tight tolerances to ±0.005", with available sizes of 0.060" to 5.500" outside diameters, inside diameters from 0.020 to 4.990", and thicknesses from 0.003" to 0.250". 50,000 standard items available for same day shipment.

Our ISO 9001:2008 registered and QS 14000 compliant operations ensure products of the highest quality, with comprehensive testing and inspections carried out including hardness and first article testing, utilization of optic weight checkers, and statistical process control. Products are lot controlled for tracing, and we supply a variety of quality documentation.
